Would not recommend. Timescales slipped considerably and lied that they had received the fireplace etc. from Stovax. As a result, they scheduled installers to remove existing fireplace without the new fireplace even in their possession unknown to us. Fitting was then scheduled for another day but living room was unusable during that period.They appointed ADS Fitting Services for the installation who were excellent, but couldn't understand Aspect Fires' logic/approach - wasted their time and other customers who had scheduled installation dates.
I have a Charnwood C4 stove fitted by Aspect and I'm very happy with the service provided. While possibly not the cheapest, the service has been very good. Good customer service from the shop and the guys who fitted the stove were very clean and tidy, did a great job of fitting. Turned up promptly completed work on time (day and a half). I would recommend.
