One of the best things we did is become members of Lawgistics. Being in the motor trade for 30 years i have seen how customers want a new car for the price of secondhand, soon as their is a fault its a bumper to bumper warranty! Ringing trading standards in the past was full of mixed messages, thank god for this firm. Good sound advice, whether in your favor or not, quick response once you have made a call. If you are a Motor trader please look at their stationary, worded correct and clear, would not do without it. For the price you pay its peanuts compared to 1 case in court without them. Highly recommended!

Please dont waste your money on useless service, only thing they do is write you letters after 2 weeks of requesting, by that time the customer starts legal proceeders, no advice. Given, better write your letters yourself.
Excellent company to deal with. We have never required their services on a customer dispute platform as we work very hard on customer satisfaction. But we have used Lawgistics motor trade business platform to protect the rights of our customers and our business to make sure we are up to date with all the legal requirements within the motor trade.
