Erm hired the soft play area out on a self catered basis. Yet we couldn't self cater hot drinks to our guests because their was already a hot drinks vending machine on site... Or was it more to do with health and safety... I think not Think it was more to do with making money... Since this is no longer council run.... Kids enjoyed it staff were borderline helpful.
Could be so much better.As an adult swimmer with an 8am-4.30pm job, getting a swim is near on impossible. You either need to be there at literally the crack of dawn or the lane swimming at 8.30pm. Who wants to go out at 8.30pm on a cold winter night to go swimming?! Weekends are taken up by kids fun swims and even when it is open to all it is impossible to do lengths as kids are always in the way with parents ignoring the fact that they are about to swim into you.It's the reason that I cancel my membership every time.I just don't understand why a swim lane or two can't be added to one side of the pool when it is open to all? You would have more customers for sure and so more money coming in or do you only care about families now? That's the way it seems.
There is really nice small soft play for kids and opportunity to having Birthday party for small group of kids.
This is the nicest leisure centre I have belonged to pool is nice and clean sauna and steam room are good showers are nice and hot. The staff are also really nice and friendly and helpful.
