Analogue Seduction are simply the best retailer of hifi equipment I have ever used.And I've bought from most of the major ones - with good and less good experiences - but as a lover of music, buying from the guys at Analogue Seduction is really in a different league.Calling them for advice is more akin to stopping by at a local wine merchant, or calling in at bespoke tailor: the opportunity to really think about the products, system matching, will they work in your room at home, etc.Their range stock is also incredible, most of it ready to ship - always nicely packaged for transit - with DPD being one of the more helpful logistic firms in terms of specific delivery windows.I've bought phono amps, headphone amps, cartridges, cables, set up tools - I've even returned a cartridge that turned out not to work in my system: I do not know of another specialist retailer in analogue music reproduction who would permit that.Analogue Seduction is really a different experience, in my experience.(The only annoying thing is that they invite you to review the products you have bought from them BUT... if you provide anything other than a 5-star glowing review they do not publish it. Which is annoying if you've taken the time to write a detailed review that could prove helpful to others, and of course means the customer reviews on the site present an artificially skewed appraisal of the product)

Relaxed atmosphere and enough help to ensure you make the right choices. I set up my demo with no fuss and had everything I needed to listen to the options. No sales pressure, technical help if needed and a good choice of kit. Very enjoyable purchasing experience.
This is a company that not only sells top class equipment they understand what Customer Service means. I cannot recommend them, and my contact Martin, highly enough, they helped me find my way to the Record Cleaning machine I really wanted and needed and helped me right through to delivery.
